Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band structured out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is produced from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), together with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To promote their track, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) as a result of his LiveJournal web site.
